Getting Started

Step 1: Take a free trial and you’ll get an e-mail containing the code that should be added to your website, as well as an account login for one operator and one administrator.

Step 2: Insert this piece of code in your web pages and you can start using ActiveReception.

Its that easy!

How can I try out the functionalities?

• Monitor your website visitors. Follow their footprints on your website. Click on them and see the referrer, their entry page, how many times they have visited your website etc.
• Click the icon to interact with them. See how you can view what they type before they click “Send”.
• Add some ready-made answers, URLs and documents shown in: “Ready content”. Added them into your conversation with just one click.
• Check out the reports section. Change the filters and see which options are there.
