ActiveReception keeps records of all chats performed on your website. With our new filters, you can now refine your search of chats initiated just from operators/clients, from a specific webpage. You can also see transcripts of all redirected/accepted/rejected as a group or an individual field.
You don’t have to worry if you forgot what a certain customer told you during a specific chat. Additionally, we have added additional filters for your own comfort while browsing through the chat transcripts. Most of the time you’ll probably be looking for the chats where actual conversation happened (chatted).
Weekly summary
The reports are created in pdf format and a link is sent to you by e-mail, so that you receive a weekly summary update of your Live Chat usage and performance.A new feature we have installed helps managers to follow ActiveReception usage and efficiency on a weekly basis, summarized in a easy to review report. The report incorporates: your weekly web traffic data, your chat activity for the past seven days, your logging in/out, use of application and all time statistics.
